Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is looking for a dedicated Chat Support Representative to facilitate client interactions via Facebook Messenger. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective chat communication.
This position requires availability from Monday to Saturday, with shifts scheduled from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Applicants must be willing to work either shift.
Ideal candidates will possess strong written communication skills in English and a fundamental understanding of Facebook Messenger. Prior experience in online customer support is highly advantageous.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
