Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to drive in-person sales and strengthen customer relationships. Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily market visits to engage existing and prospective customers
- Take customer orders and coordinate timely fulfillment with the warehouse
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Minimum: Secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, familiar with local routes, and willing to travel daily
