Job Description
Cretesol Pvt Ltd seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales & Business Development to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Research and identify target markets, industries, and clients
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and distributors
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop targeted strategies and promotional materials
- Lead contract and partnership negotiations
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and trends
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred); 3–5 years relevant experience; strong communication and negotiation skills. Full-time, on-site position.
