Shift: Night | Industry: BPO/Call Center
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, leveraging social media for talent acquisition.
- Conduct interviews and oversee the onboarding process.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and regulatory compliance.
- Foster employee engagement and conduct performance evaluations.
- Assist leadership with HR strategy and planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry.
- A degree in HR or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for night shifts; females only.
