Job Description
Dany Technologies is currently looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in service centers within the Home Appliances or Electronics sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing after-sales services, managing returns, addressing product damage and complaints, processing warranty claims, and enhancing customer interactions through effective problem resolution and reporting.
