Job Description
Designs Tech seeks professional Chat Support Agents for day and night shifts. Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 8 (on the road).
- Responsibilities: respond to customer inquiries via live chat, resolve issues efficiently, meet daily chat targets, and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Requirements: excellent English communication, strong problem-solving skills; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
