Job Description
We are thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Customer Care Agent at Digisink, a leading E-commerce company. The ideal candidate must be able to speak fluent English without frequent pauses, demonstrating clear articulation and logical flow of ideas. Additionally, correct pronunciation and a neutral accent are essential for effective global communication.
Responsibilities include maintaining a friendly and professional tone, exhibiting empathy and enthusiasm through varied vocal tones, and actively listening to customer concerns to provide appropriate responses. This is a full-time position with working hours from 12:00 noon to 9:00 PM.
