Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident part‑time in‑person Bilingual Call Center Agent to support outbound Urdu/Punjabi campaigns. Duties include making outbound calls, providing clear information, answering inquiries, offering solutions, meeting targets, and accurately logging notes in Word or Excel.
- Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi with strong listening, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling or customer service preferred; exceptional communicators without experience are welcome.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00/month plus incentives, training, and career growth.
