Job Description
DINERS is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead in-store operations in Karachi, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes supervising daily store activities, coaching and motivating staff, managing inventory and merchandising, analyzing sales reports, coordinating promotions with Head Office, resolving customer concerns, ensuring cash handling and policy compliance, and preparing performance reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management; 3–5 years retail experience (fashion preferred); proven leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Job Type: Full-time. Salary: Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month. Location: In person.
