Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and manage check-in procedures.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Provide detailed information about our treatments to clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
