Job Description
DS Marketing Agency is seeking motivated Entry-Level Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided. Agents will make outbound calls for international campaigns, communicate company services, collect customer information, and follow established scripts and quality standards.
- Place outbound calls and maintain accurate call records
- Present services and gather customer details
- Follow call scripts and quality guidelines
- Provide professional support and meet daily/weekly targets
