Job Description
E-Med Services is seeking a professional, customer-focused Outbound Customer Service Representative to perform follow-up, reminder, and service-update calls. The role requires maintaining CRM records, managing objections courteously, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting daily and weekly call targets.
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (in person)
- Qualifications: energetic, organized, excellent verbal and listening skills, basic computer literacy, and a customer-first attitude
- Preferred: telesales or call center experience, CRM familiarity, multilingual ability
