Job Description

The Taxi Dispatcher coordinates taxi operations by receiving ride requests, assigning drivers, and ensuring punctual, efficient transportation. Duties include monitoring driver status and vehicle locations, communicating pick-ups and schedule changes, managing customer inquiries and emergencies, and maintaining accurate logs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent English communication and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Basic computer and GPS proficiency; familiarity with U.S. routes and landmarks.
• Flexibility for nights and weekends; dispatch or customer service experience preferred.

Full-time, five days per week with three remote days. Fast-paced office/dispatch center; hybrid position based in Lahore. Competitive salary commensurate with experience and possible benefits.
