Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Calling Agent with prior Urdu call center experience to handle outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls in Urdu professionally.
Contact potential clients to provide information about company services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in an Urdu call center.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Urdu
Basic understanding of customer handling
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Good listening and convincing skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 – Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
