Job Description
Emenac Inc is currently looking for a committed Quality Assurance Executive to join our International Call Center Campaign. This role involves evaluating customer calls, organizing quality control sessions, and collaborating with team leaders and agents to resolve quality-related issues.
Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly quality quizzes, representing the quality department during daily huddles, and providing weekly feedback on quality scores to enhance performance.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month

Education: Intermediate Required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Quality Assurance Required
