Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our operations and enhance sales performance while providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success and profitability of the store.
Key Responsibilities: Inspire and oversee store staff, ensure efficient operations, manage inventory, implement effective sales strategies, and uphold outstanding customer service standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, a minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
