Job Description
Enpower Engineering & Services is currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Customer Care Services representative. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting follow-up calls to clients to gather feedback upon project completion.
- Presenting our services to new and existing clients.
- Handling incoming calls from current clients regarding site or generator issues, and communicating these to the services manager.
- Maintaining thorough and precise records of client interactions.
This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month. The work location is on-site.
