Job Description
Eqvnox Communications seeks a full-time Senior Customer Service Representative based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of cross-organizational customer service experience, excellent English communication, and strong presentation skills for online Zoom meetings.
- Prepare and present materials for meetings
- Respond promptly to email inquiries and meet tight deadlines
- Attend occasional in-person meetings
Reliable computer proficiency and a stable internet connection are mandatory—please do not apply if you cannot meet these requirements. This is an in-person position. Salary: Rs30,00–40,00 per month. Applicants must be located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad.
