Job Description
Eracon Technologies is in search of a skilled HR Executive with a robust background in HR functions and recruitment within the BPO sector. The successful candidate will be pivotal in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while also managing HR processes including employee engagement, performance management, and the implementation of policies.
Key Responsibilities:
