Job Description
Lead the SL BOS operations in UAE and Bahrain, driving business strategy, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. Manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, oversee budgets and P&L, and ensure timely service delivery. Build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, implement process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet growth targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 8+ years in operations or service line leadership, strong analytical and people-management skills, fluency in English (Arabic preferred), and ability to travel within the region. Proven track record in multi-country management and stakeholder engagement required.
