EWDTech seeks a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead core HR functions in a full-time, in-person role. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, performance management, training coordination, developing SOPs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Qualifications: degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; working knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
• Skills: strong communication, confidentiality, organizational and multitasking abilities; proficiency with MS Office and HR tools.
• Role: hands-on HR leadership and daily administrative support.
