The Dispatch Officer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatch operations. This role involves supervising loading and unloading activities, ensuring the proper handling of goods, and maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.
You will communicate with transportation companies, verify shipment quantities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, you will prepare daily dispatch reports and efficiently address urgent requirements while keeping the dispatch area organized.
