Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join our team in Islamabad. The role offers a competitive salary of PKR 45,00 – 50,00 per month. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and maintain employee records and HR databases. Additionally, the HR Assistant will support payroll and attendance management, address employee inquiries, draft HR letters and reports, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum qualification of I.Com or its equivalent, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of HR functions and proficiency in MS Office are required. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
