Job Description
Gateway Systems, a global leader in software development and IT solutions, is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Karāchi. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction while effectively troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher, demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel, and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. A minimum of one year of experience in customer support is required.
