Job Description
We seek a results-oriented Sales Team Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and strengthen customer relationships. You will set goals, coach representatives, monitor performance, manage pipelines, and coordinate with marketing and operations to implement effective sales strategies and accurate forecasting.
- Requirements: 3+ years sales experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role; strong communication, coaching, analytical, and CRM skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and B2B sales experience.
