Job Description
Goldengirl Cosmetics is actively seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR software tools, including FLOWHCM, Excel, and MS Office, is a must.
In the role of HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, and addressing employee grievances. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month. Work is to be performed onsite.
