Job Description
Full-time, on-site position leading the Recovery Department. Responsible for supervising and coaching agents, monitoring calls and scripts, developing and implementing recovery strategies, tracking KPIs, coordinating with Recovery, Accounts, and CRM teams, handling escalations, and optimizing staffing to meet daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Requirements: 3–5 years in recovery call centers with 1–2 years supervisory experience.
- Skills: strong leadership, communication, negotiation, CRM proficiency, analytics, and the ability to perform under pressure.
