Job Description
We are looking for proactive and experienced individuals to join our call center team at Gym-Sol.com. This position requires availability for the evening shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, located in Nazimabad, Karachi.
The ideal candidate will possess the confidence to engage with clients, effectively upsell services, and oversee various projects. Key responsibilities include identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, managing client communications, and monitoring project progress.
Requirements for this role include 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management, fluency in English with an American accent, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work evening hours.
