Job Description
Habib University invites applications for an Assistant Manager, Academic Operations to lead faculty onboarding, administer annual reviews and promotion processes, and coordinate faculty support services. This pivotal role within the Office of Academic Operations ensures efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of faculty services.
- Lead onboarding and faculty support initiatives.
- Manage annual review and promotion workflows and ensure policy compliance.
- Oversee operational processes, propose improvements, and monitor service quality.
- Assist the Senior Manager with faculty data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and data-handling abilities.
