Job Description
Humanity & Inclusion seeks a Country Technical Specialist in Education (1 position) based in Peshawar, Pakistan. Reporting to the Technical Head of Program, the Specialist will lead Inclusive Education and Education in Emergencies programming, ensuring technical coherence with global standards and supporting project design, quality control, learning, and multi‑sector coordination.
- Provide technical guidance, coach project teams, and ensure compliance with nexus and safeguarding standards.
- Represent HI in local networks, support advocacy and communication, and develop major project opportunities and partnerships.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness and adapt responses during crises.
Required: fluency in Pashto and Urdu, excellent written English, proven technical experience in inclusive education, and commitment to diversity, child protection, and PSEA policies.
