Job Description
Location: Gujranwala – Service Branch
Reports To: Branch Manager – Service
HCM International is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to manage our Service Operations in Gujranwala. This full-time position involves overseeing daily activities to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and supporting our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations at the Authorized Workshop.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain strong dealer relations.
- Monitor and analyze branch reports for quality and revenue enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
Requirements: Graduate Engineer with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month
