Job Description
Healthrix is seeking a full-time, in-person Insurance Verification Specialist in Lahore. The role involves verifying patient insurance and demographics, confirming eligibility and coverage with patients and care teams, ensuring timely charge entry, and resolving front-desk (US) queries and AR denials related to coding or charge entry. The specialist will maintain HIPAA compliance, support colleagues with emails and daily issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment.
- Requirements: 1–2 years relevant experience (eligibility experience preferred), strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, professional appearance, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Open to all genders. Salary: Rs60,00–Rs100,00 per month.
