Job Description
Heytech Limited is currently looking for a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our international campaign team. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 3 years of customer support experience and demonstrate the ability to foster strong relationships with customers.
- Interact with international customers effectively.
- Address complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Provide product information and assist with order processing.
- Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude.
- Be available for overnight shifts as required.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Full-time position
