– Oversee call compliance monitoring.

– Work closely with HR departments.
Qualifications:
– Comprehensive knowledge of call center compliance.
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
– Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.
– Previous compliance or QA experience, preferably in BPO.
