Job Description
Hot N Spicy is actively looking for a committed Feedback Supervisor to oversee customer feedback management through call monitoring and reporting. This role will involve assessing recorded customer interactions to ensure high service quality, pinpoint recurring challenges, and foster performance enhancements across our branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess recorded customer calls for quality assurance.
- Identify service shortcomings based on feedback.
- Maintain a detailed log of issues and suggestions.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Generate reports on feedback trends.
- Provide insights for training and service improvement.
Requirements: Matric or Intermediate qualification, preferably with experience in call monitoring or customer service, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.
