Job Description
HRPSP is seeking customer-focused Information Desk Receptionists to join our Islamabad office. Candidates will manage visitor queues, deliver accurate information about services, required documents, and counter locations, and address routine complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal units and external vendors, prepare daily reports, and recommend workflow improvements.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (HEC), strong verbal communication, conflict-resolution skills, customer-service orientation, professional demeanor, and well-groomed public-facing presence.
- Position: Full-time, in person. Compensation: Competitive market salary.
