Job Description
H&S Apparel is on the lookout for multiple Social Media Executives to become an integral part of our vibrant team. In this role, you will oversee customer interactions across social media platforms and via phone calls, offering support and ensuring a positive brand experience. The ideal candidates will be adept at engaging with customers in real-time and effectively resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries.
- Provide product information through live chat and phone communication.
- Engage with customers actively on social media channels.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
