Job Description
ibex is seeking a full-time International Customer Service Specialist in the Karachi Division! In this on-site position, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service and support experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree is required
Job Details: This is a 6-month contract position, with a salary range of Rs90,00.00 – Rs115,00.00 per month. Evening and night shifts will be required.
