We are an expanding online Quran academy committed to delivering exceptional Quranic education to students across the globe. We are currently looking for a knowledgeable HR Representative to oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, and handle HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit qualified Quran teachers and support staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Address employee concerns and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Aleem-e-Deen or Hafiz of the Quran is preferred.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
