Job Description
Indigo Developers is currently looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth and enhance client relationships throughout the Karachi area. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales executives, crafting and executing effective sales strategies to maximize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement regional sales plans aimed at revenue enhancement.
- Oversee and motivate the sales team for peak performance.
- Discover and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Generate detailed sales reports for senior management.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), 6–8 years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, along with outstanding communication skills.
Location: Karachi (in-person). Salary: Rs180,00 – Rs200,00/month.
