Job Description
Ingredion Incorporated seeks a Quality Assurance Lead to define and execute QA strategy and lead a high-performing team. The role includes designing test plans, implementing automated and manual testing, managing CI/CD test pipelines, mentoring engineers, defining QA metrics, and gating releases to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Requirements: 5+ years in software QA with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar), API and database testing, and CI/CD tools
- Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; ISTQB certification is a plus
