Job Description

Are you a natural leader with a proven sales track record? INKTANK DESIGNS is seeking a Team Leader to manage our night shift sales team exclusively on Discord and Twitch.

Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Fixed Salary: Rs. 60,00

Bonus: Commission based on total shift sales

Platforms: Discord & Twitch only

Requirements:

– At least 3 months of recent sales experience on Discord and/or Twitch

– Strong communication and leadership abilities

– Capacity to effectively manage and motivate the team throughout the shift
