Job Description

Innovadel Technologies seeks motivated Field Sales Executives to promote the Kaamkrew service marketplace, recruit and onboard local service providers, and generate market leads. This full-time, in-person position involves daily market visits, vendor enrollment, relationship nurturing, meeting sales targets, and reporting to your manager.

• Requirements: excellent communication and persuasion skills, self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently, and must own a smartphone. Basic sales experience is a plus; training provided.
• Compensation: starting at Rs40,00/month with strong commission potential and clear opportunities for career growth in sales.
