Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics (preferred), or B.Tech (Hons).
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving complaints related to Cash Security Machines (CSMs) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within defined turnaround times. Duties include the installation of ATMs and CSMs, executing troubleshooting techniques, providing root cause analysis, generating analytical reports, and ensuring 100% preventive maintenance for UPS, ATM, and G&D units.
