Job Description
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiation, and purchase order administration. You will identify cost-saving opportunities, ensure timely delivery, maintain supplier performance metrics, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, 3+ years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office, and excellent analytical abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally are required.
