We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to join our dynamic team. As a CRO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them through phone and email communications. Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least six months of customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
