Job Description
Jobizon HR Solutions is seeking an experienced female Assistant HR Officer to join our call center team. The role includes managing recruitment and onboarding, addressing employee grievances, coordinating training and development, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting team leaders with HR-related queries.
- Qualification: MBA/MHRM or relevant degree
- Experience: 1–2 years in HR; call center experience preferred
- Skills: excellent communication and problem-solving; fluent in English and Urdu
- Compensation: PKR 25,00–30,00 per month; Full-time, on-site
