Job Description
HR First Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detailed-oriented Manager of Warehouse and Trucking to oversee our operations. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage warehouse and trucking operations across multiple locations.
- Ensure accuracy in inventory management and timely dispatch of goods.
- Develop fleet schedules and effectively oversee trucking operations.
- Implement and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Train and supervise warehouse personnel and drivers.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless logistics flow.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; 4-6 years of relevant experience; strong leadership qualities; and proficiency in inventory systems.
