Job Description
SHADES OF ZARA is looking for an innovative and dynamic CEO to steer the company’s strategic direction. The ideal candidate will articulate the company’s vision and mission while crafting an annual growth roadmap. This role involves overseeing all department leaders, including Production, E-commerce, Marketing, and Finance.
Candidates should possess extensive experience in fashion manufacturing and e-commerce operations, demonstrating effective business scaling and team management. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and a strong background in financial planning are essential.
This position is a full-time contract for 11 months, offering a starting salary of Rs 100,00.00 per month, with in-person work required.
