Job Description
Horizon Technologies is on the lookout for a motivated Customer Service Executive to address customer inquiries across various e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will handle customer queries with professionalism, manage returns, and liaise with internal teams to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process returns and manage refund requests.
- Collaborate effectively with logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
